Custom Candles
Grab the perfect gift for your event. You can never go wrong with candles! You can select your perfect scent and even get a custom label to commemorate your event. Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and all fragrances are high quality and phthalate free.

Chose from 4 ounce or 9 ounce candles. Jars are clear with gold, black or white lids (your choice provided materials are available). Pick your perfect scent. Labels will come in white glossy finish (Clear labels available for an upcharge and depend on preferred design). Four ounce candles start at a minimum of 24 candles. Nine ounce candles start at a minimum of 12 candles. Please read this entire listings before sending your request.

HOW TO ORDER:
- Send a message via email with your event details, and some rough details of what you are looking for(# of candles, 4 oz or 9 oz, event date, scent profile, ect). I will get back to you with more information regarding pricing based on those details.
- Orders must be place 4 weeks in advance of your event. If you your event is occurring between October and December you will need to order 6 weeks in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your requested order will be required if you decide to proceed with the design process. You will be sent an invoice.
- Scent samples are available at an additional charge. This is encouraged to ensure you are happy with your scent before ordering. These will be single use wax melt square per scent.
- If you require an elaborate label an additional design fee will be assessed.
- Once your designs have been approved by you production will begin after order is paid in full. The remaining 75% of your order will be invoiced to you.
- These custom orders are NOT REFUNDABLE.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
- Your 25% deposit is non-refundable regardless of products made or delivered. This fee is paid for my time to design your label as well as communication time spent working out the details of your custom candles.
- Candles are hand poured in small batches and may have some slight variations.
- I cannot sell copyrighted or trademarked graphics, ideas or sayings.
- Materials can be difficult to source at times, lid colors may be limited depending on what is available from our vetted suppliers.
- Your order can be canceled at anytime until the final deposit is paid. At that point production has begun for your custom order and materials used. The order will be delivered. If you cancel your order before the final deposit is made your 25% deposit will not be refunded. Please remember this is payment for my time spent working with your to create your custom candle.
- Production time will take 4 weeks, this is to account for any materials that may need to be ordered to complete your order; time needed to process orders prior to yours, cure time, ect.
